Important for us is the respect of the Sicilian culinary tradition, the respect of the sea and the conservation of the species, we are always ready to give you products with an high added value in terms of taste and flavors, like in the past.
This has always been our strong point. This is how for more than 85 years we are specialized in the conservation of fish products, both natural and olive oil and /or seeds, becoming a well-established business reality in the country and being present in 18 countries in the world.

Ours is a traditional process that has been handed down for years in our company. All our products are processed manually, without mechanical process in all stages of processing.
From cutting to cooking, from filleting to conservation and packaging till the preparation of the mix for creams and patè; Moreover all operations are performed strictly manually, like in the past.
Today, thanks to this method, with our products we talk about our territory and our tradition, nowadays almost disappeared.

Tuna is cooked in water and salt, not with steam, in order to keep the organoleptic qualities intact and do not disperse the majority of the protein. After cooking, the product is cooled and skinning manually and the operators remove also the fishbones. The clean slices are then cut into threads and placed in glass and jars of different sizes.
